Pascal To HTML
This is Version 1.0 of our pascal to html conversion utility written in FPC, used extensively to highlight code in our articles. It is a fast FPC tokenizer which produces HTML 3.0 style output. This means it does not use an external style sheet or any embedded classes - it is raw HTML to do each color call. Maybe we will optimize to XHTML 1.1 - but for now, it works, and it is free.
